Return Policy – 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at tea@hyper-crafts.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please do not return items without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll make it right as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

👉 Please note: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the return eligibility criteria.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend returning your item and placing a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take extra time to post the refund to your account.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
